You remain responsible for the notes and content you create. The App stores this content locally on your device.

Availability

We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every Android device.

No Warranty

The App is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JA SERVICES KENT LIMITED is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or loss resulting from device damage, deletion or misuse.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
